SS18 Bag Trends Straight From The Catwalks of Milan
Last week was the penultimate fashion show of the season - Milan Fashion Week 2017. This week, in honour of Paris Fashion Week, Taylor & Jackson share the latest bag trends for SS18 straight from the Milan catwalks.
Splatter Art
MSGM (left) and Max Mara (right) showcase Jackson Pollock-esque fabric designs on their bags. Bigger is definitely better this season as you can see here with a large cross-body bag from Max Mara and a large backpack from MSGM.
Adore Adorned
Bag adornment is still going to popular going into next season, however, adornment on bags in question will be smaller. Versace (left) was our favourite adorned bag - a beautiful small black leather shoulder bag. Adorned with gems, lace and tiny daisies. What's not to love?
Crocodile Craze
It's all about crocodile print for SS18. Gucci (left) and Salvatore Ferragamo (right) both created subtle crocodile prints using the finest leathers.
Crocodile print is currently in season for AW17. You can shop our range of crocodile print bags to be on trend this season and next.
Think Small
Darling oversized bags are so last season! SS18 will be about the small and structured. Taylor & Jackson cleverly discovered that the new Dasha saddle bag by Barada is surprisingly similar to Salvatore Ferragamo's (middle) design but for less than half the price.
Pop Art
Next season is going to be bold, bright and artistic. Prada and Versace pay homage to the pop art movement with their SS18 bag collections.
